I teach Bradley® Method Natural Childbirth classes to couples who live near and around Charlotte, North Carolina and Fort Mill, South Carolina. Classes meet weekly from 6:30-8:30pm with new series beginning approximately every 3 months.
I am a strong believer in doing what's best for your baby and for yourself. Proper nutrition, exercise, avoiding medications and drugs during pregnancy and labor, and being good consumers are a few of the benefits of taking Bradley® classes. My goal is to empower women to make good choices in labor and birth and to trust their bodies to do what they are made to do.

Class InformationClasses are held in Fort Mill, South Carolina off I-77 at Om Yoga Studio in Baxter Village.
Classes typically meet one night a wee for 10-12 weeks and each class is approximately 2 hours long. We will cover topics such as the natural process of birth, how to work with your body in labor, natural ways to manage pain, and how to handle positive pain. Coaches are taught how to help their partners relax and stay focused, how to determine where they are in the labor process, and how to best support them from start to finish. Other topics include nutrition, exercise, proper breathing, the different stages of labor, and relaxation. |
Class CostThere is a $50.00 deposit to secure your place in class. This deposit counts towards the total class fee of $375.00 which includes the student workbook and a resource binder full of articles and information to use while you are in the class. The deposit ensures your spot in the class as it does tend to fill up. I offer payment plans if needed as well. Special Note: I also offer doula services to current and previous students at an additional discounted price.
